My motivation

I’m not getting any younger. My father died in his sleep in our home when he was fifty-seven, which is the age I shall be on my next birthday. As I quickly approach the age he was when his life was ended, I have begun to pay more (and closer) attention to my health.

In that vein, and being blessed with a mustache already, I was intrigued by the chance to do something that helps me while also helping others, which Movember enables me to do. Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. I’m proud, this Movember, to have joined them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

Help me stop men, including me, from dying too young.
