My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

The statistic that 4 out of 5 suicides are by men shook me. Every hour, 60 men die by suicide. Having been through a number of different journeys that threatened by own mental health, support from my community and raising awareness about resources is extremely important to me.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining the MOvement. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
