My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm motivated to support the Movember cause because, for my entire life, talking about Men's health openly and honestly has carried a negative stigma. Rather than minimizing and downplaying the health challenges that men deal with, we should elevate and address them. I believe that nearly everyone has been impacted, directly or indirectly, by causes that Movember supports. Now is our time to make a difference!

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
