My passion is undoing the history of the Male Tough Guy. Had Grandfathers, Fathers, and Uncles, been man enough to go to the Doctor, I feel several would still be here today.

Our self-imposed Stigma as men; we must provide and care for those we love. We can not do that if we do not take care of ourselves!
