My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

The last three years of my life have been filled with deep work on my own mental health. Only on the other side of this work have I realized just how alone and isolated I felt inside my head, engulfed by anxiety with no tools to walk through it. My Movember motivation is to raise awareness for the importance of mental health and the benefits of seeking help when it feels like there is nowhere else to turn. Life is beautiful and precious. Everyone deserves to find inner peace.

Plus, in my entire life, I've NEVER grown out my facial hair. Like, EVER. So...... this could get interesting. Movember here I come.
