My motivation

Men's mental health is oft overlooked. I'm running the NYC marathon and teaming up with Movember to raise awareness around men's mental health. Years of "rub some dirt on it" solutions and tough guy attitudes have resulted in men not prioritizing their mental health. Alongside Movember, I'd like to break the ~tough guy~ stereotype and make a difference for men's health. Prioritizing mental health, talking about your feelings, and asking for help are not signs of weakness. Help me stop men dying too young.
