Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Paddled around Angel Island today with my dad and friend, Robert May rowing a two-man dory. Stopped at Perles Beach on the backside. Dad used to rock a healthy mustache when I was a kid, now I’m relying on my son, Connor, to rock his own stache this Movember while I try to catch-up! Smiles all around, I’m grateful to spend time with these guys.
