Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention is what drives Movember.
I believe for all of us, especially during the pandemic times, mental health is something to take serious. Figure out a hobby or hobbies to help get you through these times with your friends and family.
We work with people in the mining industry and many of our clients work at remote sites. I know for a fact that this can take a toll on your family, physical health and mental health. Keep this in the back of your mind when dealing with clients as many may be away from their family during remote roster work and please understand that their frustrations at work may also be caused from something outside of work. Remember motivation and compliments are FREE to hand out and they can have an enormous amount of value to somebody's life.
My goal is to reach $123.00. 123 is the average amount of American people who die from Suicide per day.
