My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

I want to help turn this trend around in order to support men like my brother, who felt like they had no other option. We must remind each other that it's OK to talk about how we feel, or to cry and be vulnerable. We can all do a better job being there to care for each other, and show more respect when times get tough.

Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030. Please contribute today and help move the needle on suicide.
