We're back.

Just trying to reduce that stigma that men can't or won't ask for help when they need it. Life is tough, everyone has a million things going on, but if we can't prioritize our own health, how can we be expected to help others?

I'm fundraising this year for all areas of men's health, but have a priority in bringing mental health and suicide prevention to light.
