My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

2025 has been a crazy year for many people and for many different reasons. I think we can collectively agree that we would like to put the year behind us, but for some, the mental health challenges do not disappear with the advent of a new year. Movember is one of the very few organizations that helps raise awareness around men's health.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men and teens. Too many are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
