My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

In my 13th year participating in Movember my motivation is holistic health for everyone. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Too many men are burdened by deficiencies in at least one of these, which leads to a decline in all. While my mustache serves as a beacon of vitality and vigor, it also represents my own vulnerability and search for empathy and understanding amidst the chaos of modern life.
I'm also doing it for my wife and kids because they are everything to me and I owe it to them to be around for a long long time... I'm running a bunch of miles this month (with a mustache peppered in off and on) because I do believe in exercise as the best mental medicine out there... I know it is for me. I'm proud to represent my team, Movember and Men's Health for another great campaign!
