Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

I am Raising Money and setting personal goals throughout the month of November:
• I will be growing undoubtedly the perfect moustache, my Irish roots will allow it to come in nice and spotty

• I have set a goal of Running/Walking an organized 120 Miles. For every Mile I complete – I will personally donate $5 per mile to my own goal

• For every Pound I lose throughout the Month of November I will personally Donate $10 per Lb.

I sincerely thank you for your help in raising money for this important issue and supporting me and my entire team in the process.
