First, I would like to thank you for visiting my Movember page and for considering making a contribution to my NYC Marathon charity. As most of you know, this year’s marathon was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but I now have guaranteed entry into either the 2021, 2022 or 2023 marathon. As I await to find out my official new marathon date, I am eagerly working toward my goal to raise $3,500 for Movember, my NYC Marathon charity by March.

Movember is a leading non-profit organization advocating for men's health -- most notably, Movember is known for the strides that the charity has made in the fight against prostate and testicular cancer and for being a champion of mental health and suicide prevention since being founded in 2003.

When I do run the NYC Marathon, I will be representing this incredible NPO as a part of the Movember team. All of that said, I am asking for charitable donations in support of Movember and men's health with the goal of raising $3,500, 100% of which will be donated to Movember, helping this amazing charity to continue on it's mission.

Below, I have included some additional information on Movember for your reference. Please consider making a donation - no matter how big or small - to support me and this cause as I prepare to run 26.2 miles while raising money and awareness for men's health issues.

Movember has the following missions which are 100% achievable as long as we all do our best to raise awareness:

Globally, more than 1.4M men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. Movember is working to halve the number of deaths from prostate cancer by 2030
Testicular cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in young men. Movember is working to halve the number of deaths from testicular cancer by 2030
Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030.
