Mental health and suicide prevention

It's no secret to anyone who knows me either personally or just online that I've struggled with depression as far back as I can remember. It doesn't get solved and it doesn't go away. However, with the help of the hacker community, I've come to realize it's also nothing to be ashamed of. Yes, I take an antidepressant. Yes, I see a therapist. Yes, I am damn lucky to have those resources available to me.

So, what do you get for your money? Entertainment and enlightenment! First, who doesn't want to see my dough-like physique survive 60 miles in a month? Second, I'll be interviewing people who are also living with Mental Health issues on my Twitch stream all month long. www.twitch.tv/SecondOrderChaos.
