Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, every minute 1 man takes his own life. In the U.S. alone, everyday 87 men kill themselves. Whether it’s a veteran who battles with post-traumatic disorder or someone who is suffering from depression, too many men are keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. It’s important that boys and men learn that it’s okay to talk about their feelings and build strong social connections. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030 by funding bold new mental health approaches and suicide prevention projects around the world, and I want to help them get there. Please support me in reaching my fundraising goal and help stop men dying too young.
