My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

As someone who has struggled with mental health in the past, this issue is especially important to me. Men's mental health should be talked about. Too often, men are told to toughen up and don't confront issues that could lead them down a dark path. I am participating in Movember to help shine some light on this issue, and to remind other men going through anything that it is okay to ask for help, no matter how big or how small their problem.
