My motivation

I make it no secret that I have dealt for a long time with depression and anxiety. As I began this podcast, I knew that I wanted to give back in some way to something that I really truly believe makes a huge difference in the world, and Movember is a charity organization that I support fully. During the month of November, we will be raising money for the organization and giving men the resources necessary to take care of themselves both physically and mentally.
