It can be tough going right now--everyone is touched in multiple ways by the chaos, confusion, and sadness of a world turned upside down. Now, more than ever, we need to set aside the preconceived notion that we can simply ignore our feelings and simply push through. From personal experience, this only makes life's journey more difficult. There is no shame in reaching out to ask for help or being there for someone else.
