My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

It's November again which mean I'm rocking a mustache all month to help raise awareness. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

This silent struggle only adds to the feelings of loneliness and isolation. The truth is we’re all dealing with something. Admitting you are struggling or that you need help is a sign of courage and bravery. If this post speaks to you and you’re still on the fence about receiving help, (whether it be therapy, medication, or something else entirely), please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I’d be happy to talk about my experiences transparently.

Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
