My motivation

My motivation is to use the power of the moustache to have an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health. As someone who deals with a serious mental health condition, I know firsthand how challenging it is to be open and accepting of this based on the way many of us were raised. And more importantly to know how to ask for help and how to find healthy ways to live.

Here's some numbers
1 in 4 men live a serious mental health condition in the U.S
Men disproportionately die by suicide. 4x as likely as women
Every hour 60 men die by suicide worldwide - that's 1 per minute

Most of us grew up being told to dismiss mental health issues for fear of being weak. it's time to retire the narrative.
