My MOtivation this year is two fold. In August 2021, we lost a good friend who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. The cause of death was listed a heart attack with signs of atherosclerosis. At 53 years old, seemingly extremely healthy, this came as a shock. It's also a reminder for guys get our regular check ups and see our cardiologists, even if you don't think there's anything wrong. Let's start making sure everything is going right.

Secondly, the last 18 mos have been tough on everyone. Suicide rates are up, drug addiction and overdoses are up, people are just struggling in their day to day lives for various lives. And guys, well, we don't like to open up. We need to make sure we're good between the ears and sometimes, we need someone to help us. And it's ok to need, and ask for, help.
