My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly amongst men.

As young boys we are taught to "suck it up", and that our emotions make us weak. Too many of us men are "toughing it out", pushing down our feelings , and struggling in silence. I want to help end that silence, and let men know that it's okay to cry, express our emotions, or ask for help.

Personally, focusing on my mental health has made me a better husband, father, brother, and friend; and the Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030 through early intervention and health promotion, and I want to help them get there.

Help me stop men dying too young.
