I've been a Movember participant for the last 8 years. I do this because the health (mental and physical) of my sons, my brothers, my fathers, my uncles, my buddies is important to me - but we do little to really support it. Our mustaches and beards take the place of the ribbons of other campaigns and we grow them to show our support and inspire others to help.
Please support me in the collective effort to increase awareness and life expectancy of the men in your life - your sons, your husbands, your fathers, your brothers, nephews, uncles, grandfathers...

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly among men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030.
Also, globally, more than 1.4M men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. Movember is working to halve the number of deaths from prostate cancer by 2030.
Testicular cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in young men. Movember is working to halve the number of deaths from testicular cancer by 2030.

I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
