My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm raising money this year to promote Suicide prevention, mental health and prostate cancer awareness. As a teacher I have seen the rise of mental health issues firsthand. I have lost a student and a fellow teacher to death by suicide. Many young people I work with struggle to seek help, due to the stigmas of mental health disorders. Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men worldwide. I've had a man like a father to me beat prostate cancer. so this cause is especially important to me. The Movember Foundation is working to halve the number of deaths from prostate cancer by 2030, Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
