November, now known as Movember, holds deep meaning for me. Nineteen years ago, cancer took my father, a man who bravely faced life's battles, from Vietnam to personal health challenges. His memory fuels my Movember efforts. Nine years ago, I experienced an ischemic stroke, a stark reminder of the importance of regular health check-ups. Throughout my journey, I aim to highlight the strength of seeking medical help and the vulnerability that accompanies it. I champion Movember to urge all men to prioritize their health and well-being. Together, let's redefine strength and ensure a healthier future for all.
