Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is upon us. In an ever changing landscape of what it means to "be a man" it is more important than ever to love one another and encourage healthy habits. Get your prostate checked, check your nuts for lumps, take care of your mental health, talk about it with your friends. Personally, I have lost too many friends to suicide leaving behind children and family members.
I turn these emotions into fuel to keep me going to do my best to help anyone I know not suffer this same fate. It IS preventable but we cannot do it alone.
