Mental health and suicide prevention

I aspire to live a life that inspires others to take charge of their health, honors and remembers those we have loved, and lost, from suicide, cancer and all the other issues facing men’s health. The only way to make lasting change is ending the stigma around talking about our health and supporting each other in times of need.
