My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

Most of us say we’d be there for our friends if they need us.

Most of us also say that we feel uncomfortable asking friends for help.

This has to change!

In a climate where mental health is ever so important in our daily lives and society, the Movember Foundation raising funds and awareness to tackle these issues facing men's mental health. That is why this year I am pushing to be a man of more words and in doing so asking others to do the same with me.

Now as a member of the Movember family I have learned even more about the foundation and the amazing work they have done for Prostate Cancer, Testicular Cancer, Mental Health & Suicide Prevention. The biggest role Movember has played in my life is being a support system. I have been fortunate to have constant support systems and have known about Movember for 6 years.

I look at Movember as my opportunity to give back to others that might need a support system because support systems can truly save lives.

Something as simple as a moustache can put a smile on someone's face. So lead by example with vulnerable conversations and you might just save a life.
