Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Every minute, somewhere in the world a man takes his own life - that’s 1,440 men gone too soon… every day.

To the men going through a hard time: talk to someone... a friend, a family member, a co-worker, a classmate, anyone - there’s no need to ‘tough it out’ and keep your thoughts and feelings to yourself.

To everyone: let's normalize these difficult conversations, because no one should have to lose their son, brother, husband or friend to suicide. Movember is striving to end premature deaths in men who have so much to live for - help me help men from dying too young.
