I'm reaching out to you today because I'm concerned that I know too many Mo Bros who are affected by health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health issues. I know that these issues can be difficult to talk about, but it's important to remember that you're not alone. There are resources available to help you, and I encourage you to reach out for support if you need it.

My former co-worker, my business partner, my friend, my brother Mike Smith lost his long struggle with prostate cancer. He is the reason I first joined Movember as this cause was important to him and very personal. I want to honor his memory by participating again.

The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men's health, so this Movember I'm getting on board. I'm raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and poor mental health. Help me stop men dying too young.
