As part of the Movember Adventure Series, I have hiked Kilimanjaro in 2022 Machu Picchu in June 2024.

This is my 16th year as a MoBro, getting involved, doing good and having fun! I am shining a light & raising awareness for men’s physical & mental health.

I will be thinking of my bro, Sean Muldowney, he fought the good fight against cancer for 5 years. Gone way too soon but never forgotten.

Swim 2 km00:45:00

Final swim with my sister, Maureen, aka Mo! 9 days in a row of swimming, feeling good! Now fly back to Tokyo for final few weeks of 2018!

Movember 2018 was my most successful campaign since I started in 2010. This year we raised $8,886, held a Movember party on the 30th, I was active with Move Movember with swimming, running and weights, and we raised awareness for this great cause. And on a personal note, I was able to honor my bro who lost his fight with brain cancer back in 2015.
