My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I lost my dad to prostate cancer in 2004, and have had other family members and friends impacted by physical and mental health issues. The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men's health, so this Movember I'm getting on board, by growing out my lady tickler and raising awareness of men's health issues, hoping to further motivate myself, friends and family.
