Can you believe this is our 10th year doing this!! It's the "Bad Beard for a Great Cause" again plus I’m committing to walking or running 60 miles over the month. Globally, one man takes his own life every minute, of every day, that’s 60 miles for the 60 men we lose each hour.

Dudes- Please don’t wait until something is wrong to go to the doctor. Men should be getting an annual health checkup with a doctor and should be having a conversation about PSA testing when you turn 50.
