My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I have shared a little about my lowest point on Fandads.com and with the help of friends and family, I was able to focus on what mattered and bring myself out of the darkness. I want to help the men who might be in the same position and show them that there is a better way and let them know that things get better. Help us make a difference this month!

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
