My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

I have not always paid attention to my own health. Movember has helped me to try and pay better attention to that.

Participating in Movember every year reminds me of where I should be and what roads and support are available. If I want to keep up the work that Movember does, I need to use these tools to help myself as I continue to try and help those aroynd me. So it is back to being active, back to better eating, making my annual physical appointment, and most importantly being honest with myself and where my head and heart are at. If I need to talk, I will reach out to those I know will help. Also growing a fabulous Mo.
