My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

I have not always paid attention to my own health. Even with my participation in Movember I found ways to talk and encourage others while not taking my own advice. It is time for that to change and time for me to be a full participant in Movember. If I want to help others I need to be willing to do the same things myself.
So it is back to being active, back to better eating, making my annual physical appointment, and most importantly being honest with myself and where my head and heart are at. If I need to talk, I will reach out to those I know will help. Also growing a fabulous Mo.
