My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

My family has a history of various forms of cancer, and I want to help support men's health in all of its forms. I also just celebrated my son's 3rd birthday and I want to help create a world where he can be open and vulnerable about his mental health and hopefully crush cancer. We're all in this together and I want to make sure we're all doing better. Physically and emotionally.

How I'm
getting involved
20 of 60 miles
walking
20.94 miles
running
I'm moving 60km this Movember for the 60 men we lose each hour of every day.

Another successful Movember coming to a close. Thank you to everyone who donated this year! It truly means the world to me contribute to the cause of men's health. I miss my dad every day. And on top of that I'm so ecstatic to spend every minute I can with my son. Every day his personality grows and he's a funny guy.

Last call this year. If you're able to donate that's great! If not well I hope you like my new haircut. Fauxhawk/curly mullet.

Day 18. Working. In a buggy staying warm while watching a very important test. That sounds rhetorical but it's not. Sometimes being an electrician is making sure the conductors bringing you power work before hooking them up. And sometimes that means watching testing equipment all day.

Annnnd day 15 of growth!

Full transparency. My Mo journey this year started late. Right after Halloween was my son's birthday and right after that I started a short call that has me working 60 hours a week. I finally "caught up" a week ago but this is my first post. Time flies. But the mo is coming in nicely! Thanks to the Bro who already donated without even knowing I was doing this! Sam you're a real one brother! Love you.

It's another glorious Movember! I couldn't bring myself to shave down my moustache this year, but my face is MOSTLY bare.

Any little bit helps. I'm never one to set out to blow the world up by making a trillion dollars, but, I am one who wants to make y'all more aware that the dude's in your life sometimes need permission to take care of themselves. One thing that's helped my mental health, but will make my self-promotion much harder, is that I'm off of Facebook and Twitter, so pass this along to your friends please.

THANKS for however you help, even if it's just in taking care of yourself. I like you. Stick around for awhile please.

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
