My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I grew out my mustache this past October for my Super Mario Halloween costume. My son and nephews all said I should keep it, so I figured why not try to raise money for a good cause while I'm at it?

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

Statistically, we lose 60 men each hour of every day to suicide. I'm going to try to run/walk/ruck double that in miles as a physical challenge
