Another 3 miles this evening during ssn 2 episode 9 of Game of Thrones (Blackwater). That brings my total today to 6.55. Enough to complete the 9 3/4 event from 2016 of the Hogwarts Running Club. It's a medal I had ordered a while ago, just hadn't earned it yet.
Yes, I'm fully aware I'm mixing my fandoms, but with all of the Hogwarts Running Club events, there's really only so many times one can watch Harry Potter. :)

Excellent workout. Lately I've been doing intervals while rewatching Game of Thrones (tonight's episode: The Prince of Winterfell), walk one scene, run one scene, rinse, repeat. Despite chronic tight hamstrings, I actually ran more than I typically do and was able to finish 5k before the episode ended. Sweaty Selfie and proof of mileage attached.
