Favorite “at home” workouT

  • Pushups - Aim for 100 pushups throughout the day. Or if you’re like the rest of us, aim for 25. It all makes a difference.
  • The Murph – It’s worth a Google…
  •  Run or walk 1 mile every day, while respecting social distancing guidelines.
 

Favorite snack at home

  • Popcorn – No movie theatre, no problem.
  • Trail mix (with dried pineapple).
  • String cheese… like I’m 5 years old again.
     

What’s a new hobby you’ve taken up?​

  • Painting – Good or bad, just call it abstract and who cares.
  • Biking – Explore your city now that traffic isn’t a problem.
  • Journaling - Remember that one time at band camp in quarantine.


MOST USED APP

  • Instagram - best thumb workout in town.
  • TikTok - Set a time limit on yourself, seriously. Or don’t and spend the next few days honing your dance skills.
  • FaceTime - Randomly call people on FT, it’s a great time to connect with friends and family all over the globe.


What are you listening to?​

  • Pardon My Take (sports podcast).
  • Nostalgia Killer playlist (like a vacation for the ears).
  • Neil Young Essentials (when in doubt, throw it back).


Any card/board games?

  • Poker- On your computer or a mobile app. 
  • Settlers of Catan - If you have roommates.
  • Drawasaurus - With friends on Zoom, it doesn’t disappoint.


Most played video game

  • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
  • Fortnite - If your avatar doesn’t have a moustache, are you really trying?
  • Any Nintendo throwback - Mario Cart is now a mobile app. Yes, go download it.
