In 2024, more than 11,000 people from 2,100 companies came together to support Movember, raising over $4.4 million for men’s health. This incredible effort is more than a fundraising milestone, it’s a testament to the power of workplace communities rallying around a shared mission: changing the face of men’s health.

From championing mental health and suicide prevention to funding research and support for prostate and testicular cancer, our workplace fundraisers continue to lead with purpose. Their impact fuels world-class programs that improve and, in many cases, save the lives of men while having a positive impact on their families and communities.

Among this incredible group, 88 organizations went the extra mile and earned a place in the Movember Business Club (MBC). Meet some of the standout companies and get the scoop on the creative, committed strategies that made their fundraising efforts truly exceptional.

Cox Enterprises

With Russell Mitchell and Manita Patel leading, Cox Enterprises maintained their ongoing Platinum Level Movember Business Club status, contributing another $140,000 to their total of over $1 million raised. They continue to showcase strong employee engagement, setting an example with fun activities like their annual Halloween party and a livestreamed cooking show. They also involve all levels of the company, including significant giving commitments from executives.

Lord Abbett

Since 2015, Lord Abbett has been a driving force in the Movember movement, raising more than $1.2 million in support of men’s health. As one of the top fundraising organizations in the US, the firm continues to lead by example, showing what’s possible when a workplace unites around a cause that matters.

In 2024, Lord Abbett raised over $154,000 for Movember. But it’s not just the fundraising total that stands out, it’s how they get there. Throughout November, the firm energizes its team with a series of Movember-themed challenges designed to spark engagement and build momentum. From creative competitions to milestone rewards like the opportunity to ring the iconic Nasdaq bell, these activities keep employees inspired and connected. The campaign culminates in the firm’s annual Best Mo Contest, where team members share personal stories about what Movember means to them. These moments of reflection bring the mission to life and remind everyone why their efforts matter.

NVIDIA Corporation

Led by Jibran Jahshan and Craig Wittenbrink, NVIDIA Corporation roared back into the Platinum Level Movember Business Club, restoring their peer-to-peer fundraising prowess and once again showing remarkable generosity with incredible levels of personal payroll giving. They also aptly demonstrated the Movember competitive spirit, winning the top prize in the first annual One-Week Workplace Fundraising competition.

CIBC

In 2024, the US CIBC team, led by John Pryde, showed outstanding commitment to men’s health by raising over $60,000 for Movember. Driven by camaraderie and a shared sense of purpose, the team energized employees through a variety of engaging initiatives including their popular annual karaoke night and a spirited kickoff happy hour that featured a powerful message from CIBC leader Roman Dubczak. These efforts sparked connection, inspired action, and brought awareness to critical men’s health issues. More than a fundraising success, CIBC’s campaign reflects a deep investment in community and the belief that when a workplace unites, meaningful impact follows.

Morgan Stanley

Led by Mel Richard, Morgan Stanley took their Movember campaign to new heights in 2024, engaging employees nationwide and across the world. Through a packed month of activities, they raised awareness for men's health with executive panels, keynotes, intranet messaging, in-office displays and various events and raffles. Their efforts paid off, tripling their fundraising total and earning them a spot in the Gold Level Movember Business Club.

A community creating real change

None of this would be possible without the unwavering support of our corporate partners. Their commitment to fundraising, raising awareness and backing Movember's mission continues to drive meaningful impact for millions of men around the world.

To every company that stands with us, thank you. And to those considering getting involved, now is the time to join this bold, purpose-driven community making a difference where it matters most.
