So pause the scroll, and break the trend—
Send one small message to a friend.
Ask, “How’s your heart? How’s sleep? How’s you?”
Then wait, and listen all the way through;
For Movember’s work is never done,
While fathers, brothers, sons need one.
So on this seventh, make your stand:
A call, a walk, a helping hand;

From stubble to stories, from whispers to roars,
Fifteen campaigns have opened new doors.
The Mo Bros stood tall, moustaches in flight,
With one Mo Sista shining in champion’s light.
Together they grew more than lip-bound hair,
They grew hope and courage beyond compare.
Each dollar a promise, each smile a spark,
Lighting men’s wellness through mornings dark.
From Mackay’s greens to Movember’s stage,
They have turned concern into timeless courage.
Seventy-nine thousand, five hundred and more,
Raised not for glory—but care at the core.
Since twenty-eleven, unbeaten they reign,
Year after year, through grit and rain.
No trophy could measure the hearts they have inspired,
No scoreboard could capture how deeply they have wired.
So here is to the team—the legends, the crew,
Who remind the world what good men can do.
Fifteen seasons and still on the rise,
MOV~ing Mackay—where true spirit lies.
In 15 campaigns since 2011 we have raised an amazing one million and fifty thousand eight hundred plus($ 1,050,819.16 ) with the unrelenting support of the caring communities of Mackay and Whitsundays.

The Mo has thickened, the calendars turn,
Yet the questions we asked still quietly burn.
December skies, a softer hue,
But mates still need a “How are you?
No fundraising page, no final score,
Just one more knock on a friend’s closed door.
A coffee, a walk, a message late—
These are the ways we guard a mate.
The tree lights glow, the year winds down,
Behind some smiles there is a slipping crown.
So lift the phone, not just the cheer,
Make “You ok?” your call this year.
For Movember’s not a month alone,
It is every day a different tone.

Grow courage, not whiskers; grow time, not just hair,

Book that screening, lift what you can,
Rest when you need—stronger is the plan.
For fathers and brothers, for sons and mates,
We carry the torch past calendar dates.

Day 30- The last Day of Movember 2025

Movember’s last sunrise hums low on the lip,
Thirty days of tickle, itch and quip.
Coffee cools while razors wait in rows,
Honour in the stubble, courage in the growth.
Today we count the brothers still in the fight,
The ones we lost quietly, alone in the night.
For every hidden grief behind a practiced grin,
This month we have worn a question mark on skin.
Each whisker was a whisper: “Mate, you alright?”
A tiny lighthouse on a tired face at night.
Convos in the lunchroom, check-ins in the car,
Reminding every bloke his storms do not make him scar.
So here is to the Mo’s—patchy, proud or thin,
To mates who turned up and chose to lean in.
We raised more than hairs; we raised our eyes to see
That strong means softer hearts and brave vulnerability.
On this 30th of Movember, before the razors sing,
Let gratitude and gentleness be the last things that cling.

Week One – The Spark

A clean face meets the mirror’s gleam,

Week Two – The Growing Talk

The ‘mo’ takes form, a village grows,
Of mates and strangers, each one knows.

On fields of green he called his home.
The crowd would hush, the willow sing,
A simple joy—that timeless thing.
Each stroke, each run, a story made,
Of grit and grace that will not fade.
Then silence fell, the world stood still,
A life cut short, yet living still.
For every pitch where children play,
His name is whispered by the day.
Not gone, but paused, in golden time,
