My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

We lose 60 men to suicide every hour globally. That is one man every minute.

To me, my dad was a perfect mix of Rik Mayall and Sean Lock. Always ready to make others laugh. My dad passed in July 2017 after multiple suicide attempts spanning a decade. Unfortunately, the lack of a platform given to young men and gents throughout the UK and globally creates unnecessary barriers. There needs to be an amplification of male voices where they are truly heard and understood.

Following a hike of the Everest Base Camp trail in 2022, on the 15th of July this year, I will be hiking the Lanercost Priory to Chollerford trail (Hadrian's Wall) with fellow Mo Bros and Sisters. Followed by an additional event in November 2023.

We can support our mates, dads, granddads, uncles, brothers, and ourselves by supporting Movember.
