Mental health and suicide prevention

I dedicate my MO to my uncle Michael Passalaqua took his own life a few years ago. It devastated everyone close to him, especially me. With the added stress and uncertainty that Covid has created it is now more important then ever to bring awareness and help for people who struggle with depression and other mental health issues.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. We are losing too many good men. Let’s do everything we can to help.
