My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

At 28 I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. That experience left an indelible mark on me. Over the past 12 years it's been a major motivation to work with Movember to promote men's health and awareness. What I learned is that my journey with cancer didn't end with treatment. The experience took a toll on my mental health. This opened my eyes to how important taking care of ourselves really is. We must look out for ourselves all the time - not just in times of crisis.
