Movember Leadership Challenge 2026

Movember
2 minutes read time

Poor men’s health indirectly cost US companies nearly $300 billion dollars every year. Every minute around the world, a man takes his own life. These aren’t just workplace statistics; they’re your employees, your colleagues, your friends.

In 2025, the inaugural Movember Leadership Challenge rallied leaders and people managers across the US from companies like NVIDIA, Morgan Stanley, and Huron. Together, this group of individuals used their influence to bring awareness to men’s health and raise life changing funds.

Registration for the 2026 Movember Leadership Challenge has now opened, and we are once again looking for leaders and people managers to compete on this national leaderboard, all in support of Movember’s mission to stop men dying too young. It’s a public, competitive, and impactful way to use your influence at your company and amongst your peers to have fun and do good.

Take on the challenge

Fill out this form to participate. Our team will follow up with everything you need:

  • Your fundraising page and leaderboard spot. We'll help you set up a personal fundraising page and add you to the national leaderboard, so you can track your standing against leaders across the U.S.
  • A ready to go content kit. Social media templates, internal comms tools, and posting guidance to rally your employees and peers, online and in person, to walk, run, bike, and move all month for men's health.
  • A "Save the Date" for the virtual Walking Meeting on November 12, where leaders and people managers nationwide share why investing in healthier men and workplaces matters.

Why leaders join

  • You set the tone. Participating signals to your employees that wellbeing is a priority.
  • Fundraising multiplies. When leaders and people managers join, company wide fundraising rises significantly.
  • You're in good company. Join a curated peer network of leaders who take action and make an impact.
  • You build your brand. Exercise thought leadership and amplify your personal profile.
  • You get recognized. Earn potential features across Movember's social channels (600K+ LinkedIn followers) and communications, plus milestone recognitions and end of campaign awards.

See you on the leaderboards
