Mark Hedstrom

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MOVEMBER U.S.

 

Mark Hedstrom is the U.S. Executive Director for Movember, the leading charity dedicated to changing the face of men's health in the U.S. and around the world. Movember supports the following causes: mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Since 2003, the support of more than 5 million men and women has funded over 1,250 innovative projects across more than 20 countries.

Prior to this, Mark was the Global Director of Program Commercialization for which he was responsible for evaluating and, where appropriate, developing commercialization strategies and business plans for select national and global program investments, including but not limited to, licensing, major grants, development of social enterprise business models, intellectual property royalties and the productizing of health service products. Mark also previously served as the Executive Director of Movember U.S. from 2012 through 2016.

Before joining Movember, Mark held various positions, serving as the Manager of Global Strategy and Planning at Oakley, a global consumer packaged goods company, as the Chief Financial Officer at The Arbor Collective, a board sports and apparel company, and as a Director of Operations and Finance at The Advisory Board Company, a global technology and consulting company. Mark holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Chicago. He grew up outside of Boston, but now lives in LA.

 

Kellie Paich

GLOBAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL QUALITY AND SURVIVORSHIP (PROSTATE CANCER)

 

Kellie Paich is the Global Director of Clinical Quality and Survivorship (Prostate Cancer), working together with executive leadership, the world’s best cancer researchers and clinicians, and those with prostate cancer to develop and deliver impactful programs. Kellie effectively leads our portfolios focused on improving the quality of care men receive and improving the quality of life for all experiencing the prostate cancer journey.

Kellie has over 12 years of experience working in cancer. This includes driving scalable clinical quality and survivorship efforts that focus on a patient-centered approach – putting the voice and experiences of men with prostate cancer and those who support them at the heart of defining success. She believes that this approach is the path to meaningful change in health systems and the care men with cancer receive.

Kellie has earned a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology, sexual health counseling certificate and masters of public health in health behavior and health education from the University of Michigan.
