Friday night 12/6 at DCBC in St. Paul the Minnesota Beard and Mustache Coalition is hosting and event! There are beard and mustache contests with great prizes and a gift for all participants. Check out the event on the events page. Proceeds benefit MOVEMBER!

MO Teammates!
We have a fun event for adults coming up this Sunday, 11/17.
Embrace North has given us total access to the entire space for sauna and cold tube sessions! Please find the event page in the menu or my MO SPACE, check out the details, and join us.
A $25 donation is suggested and will get the donor a great Gillette razor pack upon arrival. Remember to bring a towel!
