My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

In 2016, I lost my dear friend Joey Towers to suicide. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about him—the laughs we shared, the life he still had left to live, and the conversations I wish we could have had.

I run the New York City Marathon with Movember to honor Joey, and to stand up for the countless others who are struggling silently. This will be my third year running with Movember, and every mile is for those fighting battles we can't always see.

This run is for Joey.
This run is for healing.
This run is for hope.
