My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Men on average die six years earlier than women. 4 out of 5 suicides are men. 60 men take their life every hour globally.

I'm running the NYC Marathon with team Movember to share the facts on men's mental health and suicide. I'm running because I believe men can better support one another, check in and show love to each other, say how they feel, go to therapy and be their masculine selves all at the same time.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
